The 1968 427 hydraulic cam sideoiler had 20k before being rebuilt for this car. Block C8AE-A, heads C7JE 8090A. The heads were marine heads, probably the best that could be bought in California in 1968. Block bored .015. Ford low-riser 2X4 intake. Holley 550 CFM mechanical secondary carbs. Great throttle response. Schneider cam. .270 Intake .290 Exhaust .520 in .540 ex lift. Very driveable. Lakewood scattershield. McLeod hydraulic throwout bearing. Aluminum flywheel. Toploader rebuilt 4 speed. Dana 44 with 3.54 gears. Wilwood brakes. BFG Radial TA's. P23560R15 front. P29550R15 rear. Halibrand wheels were off of an original Cobra, traded for 17 inch in California. Polished. Suspension is XKE Jag. Steering rack and pinion, also Jag. The chassis is 1997 Everett Morrison. The body Image Auto Works(Don Border-Contempory Roadster &Boyd Coddington).
